      The Anglo-Australian Observatory is a cooperative effort between        
      Australia and the United Kingdom.  The facility is located about        
      450km northwest of Syndey, Australia, on the Siding Spring Mountain.    
      The observatory operates two instruments: The Anglo-Australian          
      Telescope (AAT) and a 1.2, Schmidt Telescope.                           
                                                                              
      The AAT is a 3.9m, equatorially mounted telescope, commissioned in
