      This InSb photometer predates the NSFCAM CCD photometer                 
      installed at the IRTF in 1993. The only description of                  
      this instrument known as of this writing is from Rivkin,                
      et al. (1995) [RIVKINETAL1995], and is quoted here in its               
      entirety:                                                               
                                                                              
        An InSb photometer ... with broadband J, H, and K filters             
        and two narrowband filters at 2.95 and 3.35 micrometers               
        at the Infrared Telescope Facility (IRTF).
