    that provides a method for viewing JPEG versions of the                   
    calibrated RADRAV (radiance units, reversible) FITS data                  
    products in this data set.  The web site contains a main                  
    HTML index file, BROWSE.HTM, that links to daily HTML files               
    that display a thumbnail and a full-frame JPEG image for each             
    RADREV data product.  The entry point for accessing the web               
    site is BROWSE.HTM.                                                       
                                                                              
    Although calibrated RAD (radiance units, cleaned) and IF (I-over-F,       
    cleaned) images are included in this data set, a thumbnail browse         
    facility was not generated because the RAD and IF JPEG images were        
    very similar in appearance to the RADREV.                                 
                                                                              
    The thumbnail files are the full-frame JPEG images resized                
    to a smaller, consistent width and height of 40x40 pixels.                
    The brightness of some JPEG images may differ from the                    
    corresponding FITS images because of the stretch used when                
    generating the JPEG images."
