This volume contains the Ion Propulsion System Diagnostic Subsystem (IDS) data
obtained during the comet Borrelly Encounter on Sept 22, 2001.  Measurements  
from the IDS were reprogrammed in flight to collect plasma wave spectra and   
electric field pulses indicative of the cometary environment, e.g., dust 
impacts. An outline of the volume is shown in the table below:
