The INDEX directory includes an ASCII index table that contains one           
record for each data product on this volume.  Each record identifies          
the location of a data file on this volume and provides scientifically        
useful parameters extracted from the associated PDS label.  All fields        
in the table are separated by commas, and character fields enclosed in        
double quotation marks to allow the table to be easily imported into          
spreadsheet programs.                                                         
                                                                              
  INDEX.TAB    - Index table with one entry for each data product in          
                 the data/ directory.  Entries provide scientifically         
                 useful parameters such as the observing geometry and         
                 integration times as well as the required PDS                
                 parameters.                                                  
                                                                              
  INDEX.LBL    - PDS detached label for INDEX.TAB                             
                                                                              
  CHECKSUM.TAB - MD5 checksums for every file in the archive volume           
                 except itself and its label
