"calib" Directory Contents                                                    
                                                                              
The calib directory contains files used to calibrate the SOHO/LASCO           
images in this data set.  All calibration files will have an accompanying     
label file to describe content and structure.  Label files have the same      
name as the calibration file, with an extension of ".lbl".                    
                                                                              
calinfo.txt      -  The file you are reading.                                 
                                                                              
filter/          - This subdirectory contains spectral transmittance of       
                   the LASCO C2 and C3 filters in separate ASCII tables.      
                   More information and PNG plots of the transmittance        
                   can be found in filter.asc in the                          
                   document/calib_docs/filter/ directory.                     
                                                                              
quantum_eff/     - This subdirectory contains the quantum efficiencies of     
                   C2 and C3 in ASCII tables.  More information and PDF       
                   plots of the quantum efficiencies can be found in the      
                   document/calib_docs/quantum_eff/ directory.                
                                                                              
vignetting/      - This subdirectory contains the vignetting files used       
                   in the PDS calibration of SOHO C2 and C3 images.  More     
                   information can be found in the file                       
                   document/calib_docs/vignetting/vign.asc.
