Occulter Center

The occulter center is measured in pixel position for both C2 and C3 at       
least once per year. The pixels are counted from the lower left corner        
of an image, and start with 0. Plots of the occulter center in x and y        
pixel position were derived using the procedure FIND_CHORD_CTR.pro. GIF       
images of the occulter center position were downloaded from the following     
webpage, which were converted into PNG format:
