  The file is free-format text.  The header at the beginning of the file lists
  parameters used to run the routine which generated this text file from the  
  binary database.  The start time for each individual binning table is given

  In TOF mode, the tables represent energy spectra, with the rows representing
  32 energy bins and the columns (here labeled as 'M:nnn') representing time- 
  of-flight bins.  Each table is broken up so that only 12 time-of-flight bins
