Files have been divided into subdirectories by type because there are         
so many of each:

  target/              TARGET files                                           
                                                                              
These files were all downloaded fron the central database maintained by       
the engineering node.                                                         
                                                                              
The "old/" directory contains the catalog files currently posted on the       
SBN website.  These are from the /n/sbn/pub/ihw directory.                    
                                                                              
The two versions need to be resolved (they're probably the same but for       
recent standards changes), updated and resubmitted as part of Version 2
