1. Introduction
This document provides an overview of the Near Earth Asteroid
Rendezvous Gamma-Ray Level 3 document archive. These documents
describe the design, development, implementation, calibration
and operations of the NEAR GRS instrument. The directory
contains references for 2 documents that could not be included
in this archive due to copyright concerns and are cited in the
REF.CAT file.
The included document GRS_REQS_7_2.DOC was originally developed
using Microsoft Word Office 2000 and contains a significant
number of specialized equations, graphs, tables, and figures. The
DOC format is unfortunately not directly supported by the PDS
due to the (Word) format's proprietary status. Several versions
of this document have been generated in alternative formats to
preserve the integrity of the information contained within the
document.

| - equations, and figures.
|- GRS_REQS_7_2.JPG - A conversion of the GRS_REQS doc to a multi-
| - page JPG format (may not be viewable with
| - all browsers).
|- GRS_REQS_7_2_*.TIF - The original GRS_REQS doc broken down into
| - individual TIF files, one TIF file per page.
