DI_IRTF_SPEC
------------
o Add a description of the method used to derive the spectrophotometry, with a
reference to the imaging data set.

o Add documentation of the variation in tau over the observing nights to the
  document/ subdirectory.

o The same treatment should be applied in this dataset.cat file with respect
to the standard star list/table as in the NIR data.

o The "movie" PDS labels are wrong - they do not represent the dimensionality
  of the data.

o Either indicate the correct START/STOP time for each individual _movie file,
or concatenate the related movie sequences into a single file (or both).

o The dataset.cat file references "Cushing, et al." as "RAYNERETAL2003B".
This appears to be an OLAF artifact.

o The dataset.cat file references "Fernandez, et al. (2007)" but does not
cite it in the reference list or define it in the descriptive text.

o Please add a high-level description of what a user will see in each type
of mode to the instrument catalog file. If there is more detailed
documentation that can be included in the document/ subdirectory, that
  would also help.

o There are numerous problems with the PDS labels:
  - UNIT should probably be "ADU", not "ADUS" (units are singular), and as
"ADU" is not CGI, it should probably be spelled out. (Perhaps "DN" is
    sufficient.)
  - DERIVED_MAX/MIN are being used without SCALING_FACTOR or OFFSET.
  - SAMPLE_TYPE should be "MSB_SIGNED_INTEGER" (MSB_INTEGER is deprecated
    because of ambiguous range).

o Please add a wavelength range to the labels for the movie files.

o Add observing logs or sky condition summary.
