At the time of final archive submission of this data set, the following       
PDS standards-adherence issues were known:                                    
                                                                              
  o The keywords TARGET_GEOCENTRIC_DISTANCE and TARGET_HELIOCENTRIC           
    distance were submitted for inclusion in the Planetary Science            
    Data Dictionary (PSDD), but as of version 1.r63 had not yet been          
    formally accepted.  These keywords define the distance in kilometers      
    between the center of mass of the target (in this case 9P/Tempel 1)       
    and the Earth and Sun, respectively.                                      
                                                                              
  o The index/ subdirectory contains the files "checksum.tab" and             
    "checksum.lbl."  The former contains MD5 checksums for the                
    files included in the data set distrbution, and the latter is             
    the accompanying PDS label.  These are included in anticipation           
    of the new checksum standard currently in the final stages of
