o  Add information about the deconvolution algorithm to documentation (see
   Jian-Yang’s presentation)
>> SAM:  Done.  Clarified text that directs user to Lindler, et al. (2013)
   before using the data products.  
o  Add some guidance about the differences between the images – so a user could
   tell which might be appropriate for various uses (see Jian-Yang’s
   presentation)
>> SAM:  Done.  Enhanced the Limitations section of dataset.cat with text 
   provided by D.Lindler.
o  Replace null value of “-88.88” in deconv_image_parameters.tab with a flag
   value that is out of range, like “-999”. Tony Farnham and Jian-Yang Li have
   already calculated the actual values.  If possible add them to the table
   rather than leaving them null.  Note in the label the origin of the values
   added.
>> SAM:  Done.  Pulled sub-s/c and sub-solar lons/lats from FITS headers and
   put in data labels and image parameter table.  The label for the image
   parameter table has always stated the source are keywords in the PDS data
   labels. 
o  In deconv_image_parameters.tab, column 33 definition of “partial saturated
   pixel” is not clear.

o  The /DATA/ section is repeated in the AAREADME.TXT file.
>> SAM:  Done.
o  Typos to be submitted separately.
>> SAM:  Done. Fixed a typo in dataset.cat.  See li_typos_resolved.txt.
>> SAM:  08 Mar:  Edited dif.cat per Jian-Yang’s suggestions of page 13 of his 
         presentation.
>> SAM:  15 Mar:  Replaced latest catalogs.  See See knight_typos_resolved.txt.
         Also in dataset.cat & ref.cat, changed LINDLERETAL2012 and KELLEYETAL2012 
         to ...2013 and updated pub dates.
