  Values of JULIAN_DATE_VALUE keywords in the Labels

    The values for the following keywords in the PDS data labels are the      
    modified Julian date (MJD), not the full Julian as required by the        
    definition of the keywords in the PDS data dictionary:

        MID_JULIAN_DATE_VALUE                                                 
        STOP_JULIAN_DATE_VALUE                                                
                                                                              
    To calculate the full Julian date, add 2400000.5 to the MJD values        
    in the labels.
