+ 2005-09-07: Received partial DI RS data set from JPL SSD Group; 
              Data are raw and only for flyby s/c (as intended).

+ Made missing files, as agreed with A'Hearn and Simpson:

  + index.lbl
+ For the above files: Ran lvtool and pdstv as needed;
  Ran fixlen; Added CRs to index.tab.

+ Jon Giorgini <jdg@tycho.jpl.nasa.gov>, agreed to make
  these changes to dataset.cat, inst.cat, and the data labels,
  then resend revised files (he wanted the final version of the
  delivered data set for their records):

  Jon delivered new dataset.cat, inst.cat, and the data labels with
  the above corrections 2006-09-11.  I added these revised items to
  the data set.

ref.cat
  + Not all records were 80 bytes wide; reformatted the file.
  + Deleted duplicate entry for SMITHETAL1999B.
  ** Per Jon Giorgini, keep the MARS-related references because
     they are relevant to the RSS instrument and should stay in 
     ref.cat if possible!

inst.cat
  + Changed SMITHETAL1999 reference to SMITHETAL1999B since it was
    used in the NEAR archive.  And, in the PDS online lookup tool
    the references for SMITHETAL1999 and SMITHETAL1999B are
    identical!!
  + Changed instrument_host_id from DI to DIF.
  + Added reference key IDs/OBJECTs for Mars-related references
    for the following, otherwise SBN may accidentally delete
    these from ref.cat later.  Per Jon Giorgini, these MARS
    references are relevant to the RSS instrument and should
    stay in ref.cat if possible!

    CITATION_DESC.
  + CITATION_DESC: Giorgini and Yeomans are the authors per Giorgini
    and Yeomans
  + Changed RECORD_BYTES from 72 to 80

+ Ran fixlen on all catalog and info.txt files.

+ Run fixlen on all data labels.

+ Made dataset.html.

document/
+ The two text documents have minimal attached labels *without* the
  required keyword for DOCUMENT; also missing data set id.  And,
  documents should have the .asc extension, not .txt. 
  ** Made detached labels; removed imbedded minimal labels from the
     documents and saved as .asc.

+ Add dataset to ds_locator.html.
