Review Results: Accepted pending lien resolution. Certified. Liens ===== o In the dataset.cat, there is a reference to “Bessel 1990” in the DATA_SET_DESC text. The full citation should be supplied at the bottom of the description as a 1-element reference list. Note also that Yan could not find the quoted value in the Bessel (1990) paper he could find, so the reference needs to be verified. o The reference to Sep 21-23 should indicate explicitly that this covers three nights. o In the document directory, the finding charts need to acknowledge and reference the Landolt paper scanned to produce these finder charts. Bea will contact Landolt by email to get his permission to republish the charts, and we need to provide the original publication reference. ***SBN needs to verify the AJ policy. o In the index/ directory, the index.tab file has a reference column (the last one) but some of the comets appear to be missing references. If this is not intentional, the data need to be filled in. If the other references aren’t relevant, the whole column can be deleted. o The bottom 24 pixels of every reduced frame are cut off, and there’s also trimming in the X direction. This needs to be explained in the dataset.cat file. o The labels of the “centers” files also need to mention the fact that pixel positions are 1-based rather than zero-based. o Data/raw/2001_sep23/calibration/n30021.fit image type is not identified. This needs to be set correctly, and the file itself may be garbled, in which case it can be discarded. o In the dataset.cat there is a conversion formula for counts – but this should probably be counts/second. o The dataset.cat file needs a short discussion of the aperture sizes used in the various observations. o In data/reduced/2001_sept21/ there is a file called “conv.tab” that is called “conv_obj.tab” everywhere else. The name should be changed here (along with the name of the label file that goes with it). o In the dataset.cat file, the opening paragraph refers to “Harris band filters…were used”, but in fact only the R-band filter was used – so this should be singular. o Check how close the Harris R and Cousins R filters are, and what effect this would have on the error analysis. Check the conversion factor for the error analysis. Note that in the CONFIDENCE_LEVEL_NOTE, the exponent of conversion factor is off by 2. o The START_TIMEs in the labels don’t match the start times listed in the FITS headers. It looks like the start times in the FITS header appear as the STOP_TIME in the PDS labels, and the START_TIMEs are bogus. o In dataset.cat “reduces” should be “reduced”. o In labels for all reduced photometry files with object centers, NAME = “MAGE_NAME” should be NAME = “IMAGE_NAME”. These files also have errors in the exponent of the conversion factors. o data directory: UT start times in FITS headers are used as stop times in PDS .lbl files. Start times in .lbl files are bogus. o catalog/dataset.cat - ABSTRACT_DESC, last line: reduces => reduced o catalog/dataset.cat - Data Set Overview, first paragraph says "Harris broad band filters optimized for the Landolt …" . I'm assuming there was just ONE filter used in this data set (R-band), or were there multiple Harris R filters used? o catalog/dataset.cat - Data Set Overview, 3rd paragraph: Landolt standard fields. Should reference which Landolt paper star fields are from (1992), which fields were used (pg0231_051 and pg2213_006), and that images of the star fields are included as .pdf files in the document directory. o ear-c-i0065-2-imgborrellykpno-v1.0/catalog/9p_tempel_1_1867_g1.cat PDS catalog has ROTATION_DIRECTION = PROGRADE instead of "N/A".
