     This information file is located in the \DOCUMENT\APPENDIX directory,    
which contains the nine Discipline Appendix files, a Preface, and two         
text/data files submitted by the Spectroscopy and Spectrophotometry           
Discipline.  The Appendix files written by the individual Discipline          
Specialists describe the data that were collected and how they were archived. 
The Preface was written by Ray L. Newburn and Juergen Rahe, co-Leaders of the 
International Halley Watch (IHW).                                             
                                                                              
     Within \DOCUMENT\APPENDIX there is a subdirectory called SOL_ATLS which  
contains 2 solar reference spectra from the published literature, provided by 
the Spectroscopy and Spectrophotometry Discipline.
