 o 1835/1910: Need equinox for coordinates.

 o 1986: "Corrected" coordinates - need definition for what "corrected for
   elliptical aberration".  email Bill Owen for details.

 o 1835/1910: Time fields claim to be UTC.  What are they really?  (Probably
   GMT)

 o 1835/1910: Is there a more specific definition available for the error
   bar fields?

 o 1986: All error bars on RA/Dec are exactly 1.0.  Is that real?

 o 1986: The column position/length information is incorrect in some files
   starting at or around the RA/DEC fields.

 o All: error in RA is actually error in RA*cos(Dec).

 o Declination description re: sign always appearing in first byte is not
   the same in 1986 data as older data. FIx that.

 o If possible, add parallax information for observatories to 1835 & 1910
   tables.
