 o Remove THETA_ERROR from all labels and tables.

 o None of these are corrected for polarization bias.  This should be noted
   prominently in the data set description.  

   *** This appears to be true for all polarimetry - not just IR ***

 o There are issues with the polarization position angle THETA.  Terry Jones
   will investigate further and see if this can be resolved and how.

 o Fix dataset.html link to IRPOL instrument catalog file.
