Dataset IHW IRPOL

Issue, Position angle ambiguity.

For files irpol001 - 005, irpol007 - 013 the position angle definition is:

"Position angle measured clockwise on the sky from the scattering plane"


For files irpol006 and irpol014 the position angle definition is:

"Position angle measured East of North on the sky"


The difference is due to the data from Brooke and Knacke (most of the files) having a different definition than the two nights of data from the observers using the Kyoto Polarimeter.
