     This file describes the contents of the IR_FILTR directory of HAL_0023.  
The directory contains filter curves supplied by the Infrared Studies         
Discipline.  There are two forms for the tables: IRFCxxxx.* and IRFTxxxx.*.   
The IRFC****.* files are presented as 2-column wide binary tables in FITS     
format.  The IRFTxxxx.* files are presented as true FITS Tables, complete with
a two-part FITS header.  There are 46 sets of tables in the IRFCxxxx.* format 
and 22 sets of tables in the IRFTxxxx.* format.
