This directory contains the PDS catalog files, used for loading the           
PDS catalog database, that are specific to the files in this dataset.         
Note that the original International Halley Watch archive was created         
under a very early version of the PDS Standards, and there were no            
catalog files included in the original LSPN volumes (HAL_0001-HAL_0018)       
at all.  The catalog files included here have been reconstituted from         
the information in the PDS catalog database (uploaded by different
