This file describes the contents of the METEOR directory for HAL_0023.        
                                                                              
All of the Meteor data associated with comet P/Halley is contained within     
this directory.  It has been divided into two subdirectories, RADAR and       
VISUAL.  These are further broken down in to yearly subdirectories that       
contain the actual data.                                                      
                                                                              
Printed archive tables can be found in the NETABLES subdirectory of the       
INDEX directory on each of the mixed disks, except HAL_0022.
