Data Set Overview
=================
This data set presents Table 1, 'Information on spin states of
specific comets' of Samarasinha, et al. (2004).  It contains a
summary of available data regarding spin states of 25 comets.
The data set will be updated periodically as new results are
published in the literature.


Processing
==========
These data have been keyed in to a flat ASCII table from the
published paper, and reformatted to fit standard PDS/SBN table
conventions.


Modification History
===================
The PDS4 version of these data have been migrated from the following
PDS3-format data set:

  EAR-C-COMPIL-5-COMET-NUC-ROTATION-V1.0


Confidence Level Overview

Smarasinha, et al. (2004) contains extensive remarks regarding the
values in this table.  The user is strongly encouraged to consult
the published paper for the details.
