Lucy Thermal Emission Spectrometer (L'TES) Donaldjohanson Raw Housekeeping Collection

Data Set Overview

This collection consists of raw housekeeping products acquired by the L'TES
instrument during the Lucy Mission Donaldjohanson Encounter. 

The Lucy spacecraft closest approach to Donaldjohanson occurred 
on April 20, 2025 17:51:16 UT at a distance of 962 km.


Data Products 
===============================================================================
Products contained within this collection are .HDF housekeeping data described 
in the L'TES SIS document. These data are the idle data, acquired in temporal 
proximity to science data acquisition. Note that the observation_complete 
attribute in the product labels is set to INCOMPLETE. For LTES the observation
completeness status of a UDP (raw) product is set to INCOMPLETE whenever a
gap is detected in the sequence of instrument packets that make it up.  This
is nominally the case for the product tagged with ObsID=0, which consists 
of HK-only packets transmitted by the instrument outside of the commanded 
science observations where ObsID>0. The observation_complete attribute set
to INCOMPLETE does not mean that the data are either bad or missing.
