The '53A' in the filename is an internal reference to the data set it was taken from. Columns represent measurements along different angular positions along the instrument x-axis, rows are along the instrument y-axis. Columns and rows are labeled with the offset in arcminutes from the instrument boresight. For the submm beam, measurements were made from -42 to +42 arcmin in each direction, in steps of 1 arcmin.
