PDS_VERSION_ID = PDS3 RECORD_TYPE = STREAM DATA_SET_ID = "RO-C-OSIWAC-4-EXT3-67P-M32-STRLIGHT-V1.0" OBJECT = TEXT PUBLICATION_DATE = 2018-11-15 NOTE = "Description of the BROWSE directory contents for Rosetta OSIRIS data deliveries" END_OBJECT = TEXT END BROWSE Directory Contents The BROWSE directory contains JPEGs for all the PDS images stored in the DATA directory of the dataset. Each file comes with a detached PDS label, containing all relevant information present in the PDS image header. The JPEG filenames follow the same naming convention as PDS images, details are provided in the Software Interface Specification for OSIRIS Science Products (DOCUMENTS/OSIRIS_SIS_V05.PDF). Note that the BROWSE images are stored in the standard Rosetta orientation (see the Software Interface Specification for OSIRIS Science Products (DOCUMENTS/OSIRIS_SIS_V05.PDF) for details). To orient the PDS data products in the same (recommended) orientation, the LINE_DISPLAY_DIRECTION and SAMPLE_DISPLAY_DIRECTION keywords present in the .IMG image header have to be used and an additional rotation of 180 deg has to be applied to both NAC and WAC images. For more information about those keywords, please refer to the Software Interface Specification for OSIRIS Science Products (DOCUMENTS/OSIRIS_SIS_V05.PDF).
