o Documents must be checked for attribution and amended as needed.

o Add an equation to the end of section III in the navcam_calibration.*
  documents showing calibration constants.  Add a table of these constants
  to the documentation.

o Add the calibration factor used for each image to its PDS label and 
  FITS header.

o Add pixel coordinates for the comet center to the PDS label and FITS 
  header for the navigation/ images.

o If possible, add thumbnail browsers to this dataset.

	dataset.cat - 	be sure to change ARCHIVE_STATUS and contents of
			CONFIDENCE_LEVEL_NOTE

o /document/ directory
	some PDF files missing ASCII versions

	mission_plan.pdf corrupted?  first few pages blank
