 - Why are there quotes around the first field but no other delimiters?
   SBN data tables do not quote strings or use other field delimiters.

   needed about the PNG figure (what the colored axes mean, what the 
   orientation is, etc.).
 - Add a real geometry diagram relative to the vernal equinox, etc.  
   Mike knows which figure to add, and Chuck, says he knows what figure
