Resolution from SAM:

The lien refers to the next.cat file in the stardust-cal-nc-2-preflight-v2.0.      
Tony fixed a few typos and grammatical issues but it was too late to replace the   
newer file in the other datasets since they had already been released to reviewers.

Could you capture the following three changes that Tony made in your copy of
next.cat?
