o There is no Software Interface Specification.  SBN will find a good example for Brian
  to follow in creating one.

o SBN will provide support as needed to convert complex documents with graphics to a 
  PDF/A format for archival storage in anticipation of migration to PDS4.

o PVDF data is not corrected for overflows, but it should be.

o The data set does not include rates, but it would be very helpful if it did at, say,
  1-second intervals (or relevant time interval) for flyby. Please add these if possible.

o If possible, please include an events table to list events that might affect the data 
  table, like thruster firings, at least for the flyby.  Alternately, add a column to 
  the data table to indicate trustworthiness of the data.

o data/datainfo.txt:

  -  Has gaps in the mission phase table.  These should be explained, preferably
