o Images do not have LINE_DISPLAY_DIRECTION or SAMPLE_DISPLAY_DIRECTION.  These 
  need to be added, with an explanation in the dataset catalog defining relationship
  between these and earlier versions of the calibrated flight data. Note that the 
  pixel sequence is preserved in all NAVCAM data sets.   All the current versions 
  need to have consistent values for display directions.

o Remove any data processing or data set specific information from the NAVCAM
  catalog file.

o catalog/navcam.cat 
  -  Says wavelengths in the filter table are in nanometers, but most of 
     them appear to be in Angstroms.  The notation is generally confusing for "blocking"
     and needs to be explained. (Transmission curves elsewhere may contain better, or 
     better-formatted, information and could be referenced.)

     by documenting the idle interstitial days in the phase table.  Also check the

 - Convert RADIANCE keyword record into a NOTE.  RADIANCE is not a
   keyword in the PDS data dictionary.
 - Replace the keyword FILTER_FWHM with BANDWIDTH.  FILTER_FWHM is
   not a keyword in the PDS data dictionary.
